Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with one or more cross-functional teams.

• Effectively manage the delivery flow for assigned teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of roadmap items.

• Advocate for Agile values and principles while driving process enhancements.

• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles, escalating when necessary to maintain team momentum.

• Work alongside the Product Owner to set objectives, manage the backlog, and address new requests.

• Lead and optimize value-driven delivery through ongoing improvement and an outcome-oriented approach.

• Coach and develop teams to enhance Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.

• Design and implement processes that consistently improve the operating model.

• Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product.

• Generate regular delivery reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Capture, analyze, and report relevant metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and ongoing improvement.

• Report directly to the Head of Agile Delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.

• A strong team player who encourages transparency and collaboration, possessing an Agile mindset and a solid sense of ownership.

• A passion for continuous improvement, coaching, and achieving measurable impact.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.

• Experience in managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.

• Knowledge of change and release management processes, especially within regulated sectors.

• Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced settings.

• Relevant Agile certifications are a plus.

• Experience or familiarity with the iGaming industry is advantageous.

• Prior experience in data or analytics is a plus.
