This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams.
• Organize project tasks using dashboards and project management tools, ensuring statuses are consistently updated.
• Assist in coordinating small to medium-scale company projects.
• Verbally report project status in small meetings and through asynchronous written updates.
• Create and appropriately assign small tasks within project management software.
• Facilitate stand-ups, iteration-boundary meetings, and retrospectives for groups ranging from 3 to over 45 individuals.
• Monitor metrics regarding the status of ongoing work.
• Analyze and enhance processes through retrospective evaluations.
• Manage issues, minor features, and defects for teams.
• Facilitate demonstrations of completed issues and requests.
• Assist in assessing resource constraints and propose potential engineering candidates based on skill sets.
• Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions on schedule while promoting continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve many of the outlined goals and tasks.
• Proven track record of effective execution.
• Competence in facilitating Agile processes and meetings.
• Ability to coordinate small to medium-sized projects.
• Proficiency in organizing work using dashboards and project management tools.
• Capability to track work-status metrics and enhance processes through analysis and retrospectives.
• No software development skills are required.
• Scrum certification is not a prerequisite.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
