📋 Description

• Guide teams towards enhanced autonomy and ongoing improvement.

• Recognize systemic delivery challenges and inter-team dependencies, assisting in the removal of organizational obstacles.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to enhance delivery results.

• Facilitate essential workshops, retrospectives, and inter-team sessions where coaching is beneficial.

• Aid in Product Discovery, ensuring clarity in the backlog and prioritization.

• Promote Communities of Practice and encourage knowledge sharing.

• Discover AI opportunities, conduct experiments, and assist in scaling effective practices.

• Utilize delivery metrics to transform insights into quantifiable enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial experience in Agile settings as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or a comparable role.

• Experience in coaching multiple software development teams.

• Demonstrated capability to drive enhancements beyond the confines of a single team.

• Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Experience working alongside Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and senior leadership.

• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean/Flow methodologies.

• Experience utilizing delivery metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, WIP) to aid decision-making.

• A pragmatic approach focused on results rather than just Agile ceremonies.

• Familiarity with AI adoption or AI-driven software delivery.

• Experience in Product Discovery and Story Mapping.

• Proven experience in establishing Communities of Practice.
