📋 Description

• Lead teams and organizations by implementing Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and principles.

• Evaluate Scrum maturity and mentor teams to achieve higher levels of proficiency.

• Eliminate obstacles or assist teams in overcoming challenges.

• Facilitate the completion of work assignments, including the delegation or specification of tasks.

• Promote discussions, decision-making processes, team cohesion, and conflict resolution.

• Aid in both internal and external communications, enhance transparency, and disseminate information effectively.

• Assist product managers in maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving organizational goals.

• Support and guide the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

• Participate in agile delivery through Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and other agile methodologies.

• Foster a servant leadership approach and exemplify leadership qualities for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Possession of Scrum Master Certification.

• Experience in Change Management.

• Knowledge and/or relevant experience in establishing and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess program performance (desirable but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with agile tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (desirable but not mandatory).

• Experience in creating and managing product timelines, status reports, communication strategies, and other documentation related to product management (desirable but not mandatory).
