Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain structured agile processes that are in line with business objectives.

• Facilitate team meetings and events to ensure progress towards business goals.

• Drive the team's advancement towards project objectives.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement while balancing efficiency with business impact.

• Set up and track key project and team metrics that focus on measurable outcomes.

• Provide stakeholders with transparency regarding project status.

• Promptly identify and address any impediments.

• Assist the Product Owner in sustaining a business-oriented backlog.

• Safeguard the team against uncontrolled scope changes while ensuring delivery of business value.

• Promote collaboration between the Product Owner and the team.

• Mentor the team on optimizing workflows and fostering professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance team requirements with corporate objectives.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• High attention to detail and the capability to enforce quality standards.

• Proven ability to complete projects on time with a structured and diligent approach.

• Strong adaptability and capability to transition between different contexts swiftly.

• Fluency in Russian.

• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
