Scientific Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scientific aspects of customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Analyze customer workflows and adjust Alchemi configurations accordingly.

• Assess output for both scientific and regulatory precision.

• Translate findings into concise feedback for the engineering team.

• Educate customer scientists and act as their reliable contact at Alchemi.

• Gather insights from various customers to inform the product roadmap.

• Engage directly with customer teams to comprehend how studies are conducted and reported.

• Work collaboratively with customers, engineers, and the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant scientific field or equivalent practical experience.

• Familiarity with GxP regulations.

• Comfortable engaging with customers.

• Openness to travel as needed.

• Enthusiasm for the transformative impact of AI on scientific processes.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards in scientific work.

• Direct experience in bioanalysis, toxicology, CMC, or regulatory submissions is a plus.

• Experience in a startup environment or in a customer-facing scientific position is a plus.
