Product Specialist – Southwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume ownership of the designated sales territory and proactively drive its success.

• Manage and enhance current customer relationships within the industry, research and development, quality assurance, and academic institutions.

• Acquire new clients and foster enduring partnerships.

• Conduct sales negotiations independently.

• Sustainably develop the sales territory.

• Offer technical consulting and create customer-specific solutions.

• Perform product demonstrations and assist with equipment installations at client locations.

• Provide product training sessions and technical presentations for clients, universities, colleges, and internal staff.

• Collaborate closely with the support team and sales colleagues to devise and execute joint sales strategies.

• Engage in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related natural science field.

• Passion for sales and delivering technical advice on complex products.

• Proficient German language skills suitable for business negotiations.

• Good command of the English language.

• An independent and structured working style coupled with strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and a confident demeanor when interacting with various contacts.

• Class B driver's license.

• Experience in selling physical measurement technology or complex capital equipment.

• Knowledge of rheology, viscosity measurement, or the assessment of flow and deformation behavior.

• Experience with rheometers.
