This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Royal Canin Marketing team to offer scientific support for the launch of new products and the growth of existing products within designated health territories.

• Develop, repurpose, and revise PowerPoint presentations, point-of-sale materials, and other consumer-focused documents.

• Ensure that scientific content is accurate, pertinent, goal-oriented, and utilizes the most effective media.

• Lead the development of curriculum for the Royal Canin Academy in the assigned health territories.

• Create customized user journeys and identify new content requirements.

• Spearhead learning innovation for the education of veterinary professionals and internal stakeholders.

• Update the nutrition onboarding curriculum for new hires in collaboration with portfolio leads and the Learning & Development Veterinarian.

• Manage and curate scientific information, including research publications, market data, visual assets, and global Royal Canin resources.

• Collaborate with Regulatory & Legal teams to produce compliant materials.

• Provide education on scientific and nutritional topics to new and existing Royal Canin associates.

• Cultivate expertise through relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, veterinary organizations, continuing education, and self-directed study.

• Work in partnership with in-field and national account associates to address market trends and business needs.

• Offer advanced nutritional case consultations.

• Collaborate with Mars Veterinary Health, Strategic Accounts, and Digital Sales Support teams on various projects.

• Conduct virtual Continuing Education training sessions for veterinarians, both personally and through coordination with KOLs.

• Develop CE programs for delivery by Royal Canin Scientific Services Veterinarians and on-demand access.

• Represent Royal Canin at professional associations and support initiatives related to conference education and sponsorship.

• Collaborate with external and internal research partners on scientific projects and global strategies.

• Work remotely as needed and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) with an active license in one or more states is mandatory.

• Advanced qualifications (MS, PhD, or clinical specialty) are preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of general practice experience as a DVM is required.

• In-depth knowledge of veterinary clinical nutrition is essential.

• Strong scientific communication and presentation abilities, which include content development and delivery in both in-person and virtual formats.

• Familiarity with Learning Design and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is necessary.

• Experience using social media for educational purposes is a plus.

• Proven experience in curriculum design is required.

• Experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management system is preferred.

• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Zoom, is essential.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and establish effective stakeholder relationships is necessary.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.

• Strong prioritization skills for managing projects and commitments are needed.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes is essential.

• Comfortable with using and learning new technologies.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is required.
