Internal Communication Specialist – m/f/d

📋 Description

• Develop, edit, and release internal communication materials, such as news articles, announcements, employee narratives, and leadership messages.

• Suggest enhancements to communication methods and procedures to boost employee engagement.

• Assist with communication efforts for internal initiatives, strategic global projects, and organizational transitions.

• Evaluate communication effectiveness through analysis and feedback.

• Aid in the daily management and advancement of the Walter intranet.

• Act as a primary contact for intranet-related issues within Walter and the Sandvik Group.

• Facilitate and support the global Walter intranet editor network by providing guidance, training, and best practices.

• Promote governance, uniformity, and content standards throughout the intranet.

• Track content performance and engagement metrics, and propose improvements.

• Organize communication efforts across multiple concurrent projects.

• Create and manage communication strategies across various functions, divisions, and regions.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing to ensure timely and coordinated communication.

• Synchronize activities and content timing of the Marketing and Communication team across different channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Background in internal communications, corporate communications, digital communications, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in content creation, editing, and proofreading.

• Experience in managing or supporting intranet platforms and digital communication channels.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Collaborative approach and skill in building relationships within a global organization.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and digital communication platforms.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing new technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance communication processes.
