Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the internal and external communication schedule for Silicon One.

• Organize all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership briefings, business updates, customer coordination, organizational announcements, FAQs, as well as traditional and video blogs.

• Manage the publishing process, editorial calendar, stakeholder reviews, and follow-up materials.

• Maintain repositories for presentations and messaging, content libraries, customer archives, version control, tagging, and archival systems.

• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to address coordination challenges and enhance the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of communications.

• Establish repeatable processes and AI-assisted workflows to create scalable communication and content systems.

• Oversee the execution of Silicon One’s thought leadership content strategy.

• Develop and implement cross-functional planning for strategic business initiatives, event integration, executive communications, and marketing campaigns.

• Provide clarity and coherence to strategic narratives related to AI, infrastructure, and secure computing.

• Reinforce the executive voice through consistent messaging and positioning across various channels and platforms.

• Manage the entire content creation lifecycle, from intake and drafting through review coordination, feedback, and publishing.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and broader communication teams to gather inputs, align messaging, maintain editorial quality, and enhance planning efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 6 years of related experience in communications, marketing operations, content operations, business operations, or a similar field.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience managing communications calendars, publishing workflows, stakeholder reviews, or regular executive and employee communications.

• Experience in administering content repositories or knowledge-management systems, including version control, tagging, archiving, and search or discoverability features.

• Prior experience leading a workstream, coordinating professional contributors, or acting as a team lead or supervisor.

• Experience in global marketing planning, operations, integration, or communications within a complex technology organization.

• Background in supporting executive communications, town halls, newsletters, intranet updates, or leadership content.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, digital content libraries, workflow tools, or AI-assisted content creation.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex or sensitive information and guide stakeholders towards alignment.

• Strong judgment, organizational skills, prioritization, follow-through, and comfort in navigating a matrixed organization.
