This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Develop and oversee the integrated master schedule for all ongoing programs.
β’ Identify and manage the critical path across all workstreams, highlighting variances and their downstream effects to the Director of TPM.
β’ Conduct weekly schedule review meetings with program leads, updating baselines and forecasts based on actual performance.
β’ Monitor key milestones related to vendor deliveries, construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments.
β’ Generate schedule variance reports and trend analyses for executive reporting purposes.
β’ Handle schedule change requests, evaluate impacts, update baselines, and communicate revised timelines.
β’ Collaborate with Procurement to incorporate long-lead hardware delivery schedules into the master schedule.
β’ Assist the Design PM and Customer Delivery PM with schedule inputs and mapping dependencies at the workstream level.
β’ Ensure that the master schedule is up-to-date, baselined, and accessible to the entire program team.
β’ Alert leadership to critical path risks before they escalate into delivery challenges.
β’ Document mitigation strategies for potential milestone delays.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a scheduling or program controls position.
β’ Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the critical path method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis.
β’ Capable of managing intricate, multi-workstream schedules with numerous dependencies.
β’ Excellent analytical and communication skills β able to convert schedule data into a coherent narrative for leadership.
β’ Preferred background in infrastructure, data center, HPC, or hyperscale deployment environments.
β’ PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMP certification is preferred.
β’ Experience in integrating hardware procurement lead times into master schedules is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms for task-level tracking in conjunction with master scheduling is preferred.
