This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects with varying degrees of complexity throughout the United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure consistent communication with customers daily, addressing concerns, providing updates, and maintaining alignment.
• Lead external communications related to delivery status, RFIs, construction and commissioning support, change orders, and customer inquiries.
• Keep executive leadership informed on project execution, financial performance, expenses, requirements, escalations, and risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and internal timelines.
• Coordinate efforts between cross-functional internal teams and external partners to uphold scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and contractual obligations effectively.
• Offer customer support before, during, and after installation.
• Supervise daily system updates and the maintenance of project data.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Develop and enhance standard processes that promote operational excellence.
• Conduct root cause analysis for delays in deliveries, cost discrepancies, and product issues.
• Travel to customer meetings and construction sites as needed.
• Enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and ensure successful project delivery for Voyager+ and 1P Pioneer Tracker products.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferable fields include Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related disciplines).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing position.
• Preferred experience of 3–5 years in supply chain operations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and contract administration, if relevant to the role.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
• High standards of integrity and a commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrated accountability and proactive approach.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative capabilities.

• Proficient in delegation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both customers and executive leadership.
• Strong skills in team development and collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in developing and maintaining tools, templates, and operational processes for project portfolios.
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.
