This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of the project folder structure in SharePoint, ensuring adherence to naming conventions, version control, metadata, and access permissions.
β’ Develop and oversee a document control register to monitor the status of documents across program deliverables.
β’ Receive, log, and distribute vendor submissions, engineering drawings, rack elevation designs, and technical documentation.
β’ Ensure that program review artifacts are complete, properly filed, and signed off before closing milestones.
β’ Oversee document revision cycles, track changes, maintain version histories, and archive outdated documents.
β’ Assist in the creation and upkeep of as-built documentation packages for customer handoff.
β’ Generate document status reports and outstanding documentation trackers for weekly program reviews.
β’ Maintain the runbook and SOP libraries, ensuring operational documents remain current and accessible after go-live.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a document control or records management position.
β’ Strong expertise in SharePoint, particularly in folder structure, permissions, and version control.
β’ Proven experience managing controlled documents within a project or engineering setting.
β’ Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to handle documentation across multiple concurrent programs.
β’ Experience in infrastructure, data center, construction, or engineering sectors.
β’ Familiarity with ISO 9001 or comparable quality management document control standards.
β’ Experience utilizing document management systems such as Procore, Aconex, eB, or similar.
β’ Exposure to vendor submission management or technical drawing control processes.
