SBA Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the creation and processing of SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loans specifically tailored for healthcare professionals at Panacea Financial.

• Initiate SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loans for healthcare professionals.

• Cultivate and sustain referral relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs).

• Serve as a trusted consultant on financing strategies.

• Meet or surpass SBA loan production targets.

• Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and closing departments.

• Assist healthcare borrowers in navigating loan structures and eligibility criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.

• Over 5 years of SBA lending experience with a successful history in healthcare lending (DDS, MD, DVM).

• In-depth knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loan structures, eligibility, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Proven capability to establish referral networks within the healthcare sector.

• Experience collaborating with internal banking teams and acting as an in-house product specialist.
