SAT/ACT Training Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement extensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at both novice and seasoned SAT and ACT tutors.

• Educate instructors on proprietary TPAPT test preparation methods, content analysis, and diagnostic assessment techniques.

• Evaluate mock tutoring sessions, offer constructive feedback, and monitor the professional development of new cohort members.

• Work in conjunction with academic leaders to enhance instructional materials in alignment with current examination trends.

• Ensure that all trained tutors uphold exceptional standards regarding student score improvements and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor, demonstrating a proven history of significant student score enhancements.

• Previous experience in conducting educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching.

• Must possess outstanding communication skills with a strong aptitude for online presentations and virtual facilitation (Zoom/Google Classroom).

• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States.
