SAP Test Lead – Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain the Panaya Test Management environment, which includes managing test databases, users, roles, and permissions.

• Develop, organize, and input test cases and test cycles into the Panaya system.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Experts to formulate test strategies, test plans, test cases, and comprehensive test steps.

• Facilitate end-to-end testing operations across various SAP applications and business units.

• Administer testing timelines, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and progress of execution.

• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and complete end-to-end testing processes.

• Manage the defect lifecycle, which includes tracking, prioritizing, following up, and coordinating until resolution.

• Track testing progress and deliver status reports, metrics, risks, and issues to project leadership, Business Experts, and IT teams.

• Coordinate the testing of interfaces between SAP and external enterprise systems.

• Ensure that environments, applications, and interfaces are accessible and correctly connected for testing purposes.

• Work in partnership with SAP functional teams, technical teams, business users, and third-party application teams throughout the testing lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP testing / QA.

• Practical experience with Panaya, ideally including Test Manager or administrative duties.

• Proven track record in creating and managing test plans, test cycles, test cases, and executing tests.

• Strong comprehension of SAP systems and their interfaces.

• Experience in defect management and coordinating defect resolution.

• Proven ability to coordinate testing efforts across various technical and business teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and status-reporting abilities.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English – required.

• Preferred experience with SAP ECC.

• Preferred experience with SAP GATP / Demand Planning.

• Preferred experience with SAP PO.

• Preferred experience with EDI integrations.

• Preferred experience with Warehouse Management / Warehouse Systems.

• Preferred experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Preferred experience with comprehensive SAP interface and integration testing.
