SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in client workshops to collect and document business requirements.

• Set up and provide support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) solutions.

• Provide assistance with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding tasks as necessary.

• Facilitate system testing, which includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Develop and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and test scripts.

• Aid in production deployments and post-go-live support activities.

• Diagnose application issues and propose solutions.

• Enhance recruiting processes and support system optimization efforts.

• Collaborate with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Take part in product training, certification programs, and professional development opportunities.

• Become a reliable resource for recruiting technology solutions.

• Build expertise across the SuccessFactors Recruiting and SmartRecruiters platforms.

• Assist clients in transforming their recruiting processes.

• Advance into greater consulting responsibilities and wider HR technology opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).

• Involvement in SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

• Familiarity with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently in a remote consulting setting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (preferred).

• Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) or Onboarding 2.0 (preferred).

• Background in SmartRecruiters as an administrator, end user, support resource, or implementation team member (preferred).

• Familiarity with other recruiting platforms like iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Taleo, or SmartRecruiters (preferred).

• Experience in a consulting, HR technology, or HRIS environment (preferred).

• Strong eagerness to learn and pursue relevant SmartRecruiters training or certifications as required.
