SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Integration SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Co-lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ECC payroll integration.

• Collaborate with HR and IT leadership throughout the delivery, testing, and cutover phases.

• Offer guidance on best practices for integration, solution architecture, and payroll design.

• Ensure accurate replication of Employee Central employee master data and time data into SAP HR.

• Lead and assist in payroll parallel runs, analyze results, and reconcile outcomes.

• Coordinate with the broader integrations workstream across dependent systems and processes.

• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and payroll comparison testing.

• Propel go-live readiness and address defect resolution until closure.

• Manage cutover planning and execution.

• Establish governance for code releases, compliance, and security measures.

• Incorporate GDPR, data privacy, payroll compliance, and audit controls.

• Assist development teams with integration design and troubleshooting issues.

• Review technical design documents, interface specifications, and mapping sheets.

• Analyze functional requirements and evaluate technical feasibility and SAP ECC6 impact.

• Facilitate design workshops for payroll integration, field-to-infotype mapping, and custom transformations or derivations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC Payroll integration.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BIB replication configuration and associated integration processes.

• In-depth understanding of SAP HR data structures, infotypes, payroll processing, and employee master data.

• Proven track record in leading payroll integration delivery within complex program environments.

• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression, and payroll parallel testing methodologies.

• Experience in supporting cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical and integration solutions effectively.

• Experience in reviewing technical design, mapping documents, and transformation rules.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Knowledge of GDPR, payroll compliance, audit controls, and data privacy regulations.

• Ability to collaborate across multiple workstreams and manage dependencies effectively.

• Preferred: experience in large-scale HR transformation or payroll implementation programs.

• Preferred: prior involvement with SAP ECC6 payroll environments.

• Preferred: experience with governance, release management, and controls in regulated environments.

• Preferred: exposure to complex data mapping, derivation logic, and custom integration scenarios.
