This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Analyze user stories and functional requirements to determine testing scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for SAP FI and CO modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Conduct functional testing across JTMS modules and customizations within a SAFe Agile framework.
• Record defects with comprehensive reproduction steps, monitor issues until resolution, and relay findings to development teams.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain test cases, data sets, and traceability matrices in accordance with SAFe practices.
• Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and QA best practices.
• Support USTRANSCOM’s Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), a vital enterprise platform modernizing transportation, logistics, and financial operations through SAP S/4HANA ERP integration.
• Work alongside developers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver dependable and scalable SAP solutions.
• Possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software testing of large-scale ERP systems.
• Demonstrate hands-on testing experience with SAP S/4HANA, including workflows and integrations.
• Strong preference for experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
• Have a solid understanding of SAFe, SDLC, and Agile development methodologies.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• ISTQB or similar testing certification is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting federal agencies or DoD clients is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 10%.
• Ability to work in the United States with an active Secret clearance.
