SAP S/4 HANA Application Expert – Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of the Supply Chain Operations template.

• Integrate business and IT requirements to enhance the efficiency and utilization of S/4 HANA.

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Solution Architect – Sales & Operations to fulfill SAP implementation objectives.

• Configure and support SAP P2P processes and related developments in line with S/4 HANA best practices.

• Lead and support the Operations sector during SAP implementation projects, focusing on solution and architectural aspects.

• Ensure prompt completion and high quality of project activities.

• Facilitate requirement gathering and solution design for warehouse processes, integrating with sales, customer service, procurement, finance, and product management workflows.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications for WRICEF objects.

• Analyze, create, and document business processes throughout the project implementation phase.

• Assist in the configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, go-live, and upgrade stages.

• Provide support for incidents and change requests from active business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 8 to 10 years of consulting experience across various industries.

• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations or rollouts and support experience in the SAP MM module within S/4 HANA or SAP ECC projects.

• Expertise in integration across sales and logistics processes as a lead application architect in SAP.

• Practical experience in defining organizational structure, master data, procurement, inbound processing, putaway, goods receipt, RF setup, outbound processing, picking, packing, goods issue, stock transfer, physical inventory, and kitting.

• Experience in delivering large, complex, global projects that involve multi-currency, multi-location, and multi-organization challenges.

• Capability to design solutions that reengineer business processes.

• Familiarity with process modeling, ERP and packaged application fit/gap analysis, and industry or regional process nuances.

• Understanding of SAP Best Practices, master data, EWM module, integrations, and relevant technologies.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes efficiently.

• Proven ability to lead and support a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Capable of managing and delivering on multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

• SAP S/4 HANA Certification in SAP MM and/or EWM is preferred.

• Knowledge of embedded analytics, Fiori user experience, and SAP Cloud Platform is advantageous.

• Willingness to work in European time zones, and as required, in US/APAC time zones.
