SAP Payroll Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to gather all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration processes, and system setup.

• Verify and configure customer payroll solutions and integrations to adhere to legal standards.

• Provide assistance and support in data mapping, migration, year-to-date preparation, and accuracy verification.

• Oversee all phases of system testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.).

• Ensure payroll system readiness by managing go-live activities.

• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated participation in 3 or more successful SAP HCM implementations.

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll regulations.

• Proficient in English and the local language.
