SAP Functional Supply Chain Consultant, B2B, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Gather and organize supply business requirements specific to Spain from local stakeholders involved in procurement, warehouse, and store operations.

• Evaluate the requirements for Spain against the approved Supply core model and identify any gaps or deviations for the Project Lead Supply to address.

• Engage in and confirm supply testing cycles for the deployment in Spain.

• Act as the primary contact on a daily basis for Spain's business stakeholders concerning supply matters.

• Keep updated supply process documentation and training resources for Spain in line with the global template.

• Report unresolved supply issues in Spain to the Project Lead Supply, providing adequate context for quick decision-making.

• Clearly document Spain-specific supply requirements to aid implementation partner development and testing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM), encompassing procurement, inventory control, and stock valuation.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail functionalities, such as store replenishment and retail-oriented inventory processes.

• Familiarity with Spain-specific supply chain, tax, and vendor compliance regulations.

• Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, preferably in a multi-country environment.

• Excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate stakeholder requirements to the Project Lead Supply with clarity and context.

• Ability to independently resolve standard issues.

• Adaptability to changing priorities while V1 cutover activities and V2 deployment in Spain occur simultaneously.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
