SAP Business Analyst – Opportunity to Cash O2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with business and digital team members as well as cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and offer insights on effectively utilizing the ERP system.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that capitalize on S/4HANA, improving our workstream processes in accordance with the desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.

• Assist in developing new and innovative solutions that support digital and business strategies as well as common design goals.

• Aid in evaluating options for supplementary applications and provide recommendations based on functional requirements, the desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with data and process teams in data mapping tasks and testing procedures.

• Record common solutions including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.

• Provide functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows identified within the scope of the workstream as part of the program.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%-50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience **__or__** an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience **__or__** in the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with SAP opportunity to cash (O2C) workstream processes or programming, including order management, aftermarket (MRO), invoicing, and program management processes.

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with SAP systems, including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities, particularly in Sales & Distribution or Project System.

• Experience with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects.
