SAP Basis Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer comprehensive technical support for SAP environments

• Install, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems effectively

• Address customer inquiries promptly

• Provide on-call support outside regular hours

• Implement solutions for performance monitoring and system configurations

• Incorporate technical changes following industry best practices

• Assess and design interfaces between SAP and external systems

• Maintain data architectures and process models in SAP

• Install and set up necessary SAP database and application servers

• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to meet audit requirements

• Conduct daily security checks on systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-Level SAP Basis Administrator

• Experience with SAP Rise, including SaaS transformation projects and hybrid cloud setups

• Experience with database migration from Oracle to HANA

• Understanding of Disaster Recovery processes

• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow

• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Bash and PowerShell

• 5–7 years of professional experience in providing overall technical support for SAP environments

• U.S. citizenship status required due to government contract obligations

• Must be willing to undergo drug testing at the time of hire or at regular or random intervals

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork

• Strong problem-solving abilities
