Salesforce User Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging interactive experiences for users.

• Facilitate client requirement gathering and design workshops.

• Assist in visualizing comprehensive experiences for both customers and internal users.

• Define content, strategies, personas, and user journeys for automated solutions.

• Develop sitemaps, wireframes, and visual design elements.

• Acquire skills in building and configuring Salesforce and AWS solutions.

• Work collaboratively with developers and QA testers.

• Demonstrate the influence of design decisions through storytelling techniques.

• Contribute to and uphold design systems across various platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in user experience and user interaction design.

• Proven track record in design consulting with external clients.

• Capability to create and maintain a design system.

• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart.

• Eager and capable learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, AWS).

• Bachelor’s degree in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, communication, or a related field.
