This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and lead the multi-year product strategy encompassing DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Discover untapped opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem and establish new categories or gain market share.
• Convert Salesforce platform expertise into enterprise-level product functionalities.
• Keep track of Salesforce's triannual releases and strategically position Flosum for platform transitions.
• Spearhead AI-driven DevOps capabilities based on Agentforce, which include intelligent deployment agents, AI-enhanced code review, automated security assessments, and predictive release management.
• Establish extensibility for customer-developed AI workflows within Salesforce's trust framework.
• Innovate agent-aware governance for autonomous systems and AI-driven agents.
• Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to identify challenges in Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Convert enterprise needs into actionable product solutions.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to formulate deal strategies, conduct strategic demonstrations, and perform competitive assessments.
• Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering on product delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Conduct over 25 customer and prospect interviews within the first 90 days.
• Complete a competitive analysis and provide a refreshed product roadmap.
• Achieve at least one significant product release within the first 3 to 6 months.
• Outline the next generation of AI capabilities and develop an execution plan.
• Enhance competitive win rates and introduce a new revenue-generating product feature within 6 to 12 months.
• Position Flosum as a thought leader through content creation, speaking engagements, and ecosystem involvement.
• A minimum of 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Extensive technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A proven history of delivering products that have been adopted and financially supported by enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 and regulated industry customers.
• Strong preference for experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
• A solid viewpoint on AI/ML, particularly concerning Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in product execution, which includes writing PRDs, engaging with customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
• Outstanding communication abilities, with experience presenting product visions to C-suite audiences and drafting technical specifications for engineering teams.
• An inquisitive mindset and a proactive approach.
• Experience in product development within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or in a Salesforce-native product company.
• Background at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance within regulated industries.
• Experience leading product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise context.
• A perspective on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and the capability to articulate a three-year vision for autonomous agents.
