This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Implement and manage comprehensive Salesforce solution architecture that aligns with business objectives, platform standards, and security/compliance regulations.
β’ Facilitate client-facing discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and design meetings.
β’ Convert requirements into functional and technical specifications.
β’ Take ownership of solution documentation, encompassing solution design documents, architecture diagrams, data flows, integration specifications, and decisions regarding configuration/workflows.
β’ Establish and evaluate Salesforce data models, security models, automation strategies, and programmatic methods.
β’ Design Service Cloud capabilities and patterns for Life Sciences/Health Cloud.
β’ Outline integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
β’ Collaborate with MuleSoft and integration teams on API-led connectivity, error management, retries, and monitoring processes.
β’ Assist in presales solutioning and scoping, which includes estimates, delivery strategies, assumptions, risks, and implementation timelines.
β’ Provide technical direction to both onshore and offshore delivery teams through design evaluations, build guidance, and quality checkpoints.
β’ Address regulated life sciences delivery requirements, including validation readiness, auditability, change control, and release governance.
β’ Lead environment strategy, CI/CD governance, and deployment readiness utilizing Git, SFDX, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
β’ Over 8 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
β’ At least 3 years in a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Architecture position.
β’ Extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and Flows.
β’ Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components, enabling design trade-offs and guiding developer efforts.
β’ Proven experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud and at least one Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud.
β’ Strong background in designing integrations using APIs and event-driven methodologies.
β’ Experience coordinating with middleware teams, particularly using MuleSoft or equivalent tools.
β’ Skilled in producing and maintaining solution documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience in supporting Agile delivery teams throughout the requirements, build, testing, and release phases.
β’ Excellent client-facing abilities, including facilitation, clear written communication, executive-ready storytelling, and effectively managing ambiguity without direct authority.
β’ Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential.
β’ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I credential.
β’ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II credential.
