Senior Salesforce Solution Architect – Native Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical and architectural evaluation of the client's existing ecosystem, encompassing systems, applications, integrations, data sources, and data architecture.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Examine the client's data landscape to identify which information and processes are suitable for Salesforce and which should be maintained outside the platform.

• Recognize technical constraints, dependencies, integration needs, risks, and architectural deficiencies.

• Assess the potential future utilization of Salesforce Data Cloud, focusing on data architecture, ingestion, harmonization, identity, and integration aspects.

• Evaluate prospective solutions involving Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud.

• Formulate high-level recommendations for Salesforce solutions and data architecture.

• Convert assessment findings into clear technical requirements and suggestions.

• Aid in the preparation and development of the RFP used to evaluate and select a Salesforce implementation partner.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor regarding Salesforce capabilities, limitations, trade-offs, and architectural decisions.

• Collaborate with business, technology, data, and leadership stakeholders throughout the assessment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in LATAM.

• Proficiency in Spanish is essential; client interactions, discovery sessions, and stakeholder communications will be conducted in Spanish.

• English proficiency is not required.

• Significant senior-level experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Pre-Sales Architect, or a similar role.

• Strong background in leading technical assessments, discovery phases, solution architecture, and/or Salesforce pre-sales engagements.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including architecture, data model, integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems.

• Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, data flows, integrations, and system landscapes.

• Capability to evaluate complex environments and determine which data and processes should be managed within Salesforce.

• Experience in defining high-level Salesforce architectures and transformation roadmaps.

• Experience contributing to or leading RFP/RFI processes, technical proposals, solution assessments, or vendor-selection initiatives.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, particularly from an architectural perspective, is highly desirable.

• Strong consultative and stakeholder-facing skills.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.

• Capacity to work independently and take responsibility for a brief, high-impact assessment engagement.

• Availability to work remotely from LATAM during Chilean business hours.
