Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform a comprehensive evaluation of the current Data 360 implementation.

• Identify challenges in identity resolution, data ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights.

• Develop and implement strategies for optimization.

• Design a scalable, enterprise-level Data 360 architecture that aligns with Sales Transformation and RCA Migration needs.

• Configure and enhance batch and streaming ingestion connectors.

• Create integration flows that connect S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka to Data 360 using Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks.

• Map incoming source data streams to Data Model Objects utilizing the Cloud Information Model and custom schemas.

• Design and set up Data 360 as the foundational context and grounding layer for Agentforce.

• Facilitate real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.

• Engage in hands-on configuration, including DataWeave transformations, segment creation, calculated insights, and API integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive architectural and practical experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.

• Direct experience in configuring Data 360 data layers to support Agentforce AI agents with reliable enterprise data.

• Demonstrated ability to configure standard/custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy data architecture.

• Proficient in Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Stream Objects (DSOs), and identity resolution rulesets.

• Hands-on experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows.
