This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the Salesforce platform serving over 100 users across 7 essential teams.

• Develop and sustain Apex code, triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, test coverage, and Flow automation.

• Manage the integration layer, which includes connected tools, APIs, and middleware.

• Design, execute, and oversee ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines between Salesforce, the data warehouse, and the larger technology stack.

• Maintain the integrated stack, including Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, Hightouch, and additional tools.

• Make architectural decisions and assess when to implement declarative automation versus coding.

• Evaluate technical debt and establish technical standards.

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst as the technical point of reference.

• Empower sales teams to execute daily operations in Salesforce through data, actions, AI, and automation.

• Contribute as an individual contributor while having the potential to advance towards technical leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.

• Proficient in Apex development, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, and testing.

• Strong expertise in Flow development with discernment regarding the use of Flow versus code.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce permissions, sharing models, and data architecture.

• Practical experience in building and managing ETL and reverse-ETL processes.

• Familiarity with employing AI in work, preferably utilizing Agentforce or Claude.

• Completed at least one AI project that delivered clear and measurable value to a stakeholder team.

• Capability to transform ambiguous requests into detailed specifications and question unsuitable solutions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Capability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.

• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Bonus: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Outreach, Clay, or Hightouch.

• Bonus: Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

• Bonus: Experience in Fintech, banking, or other highly regulated fields.
