This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the operations and service delivery of the Salesforce Digital Transformation Center.
• Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists.
• Facilitate daily client status calls, team standups, tenant customer interactions, CIO reviews, and other operational meetings.
• Assist in managing the presales pipeline, including qualification of Salesforce use cases, requirements discovery, high-level solution suggestions, and ROM estimates.
• Guide new customer project teams in onboarding onto the Salesforce platform.
• Organize the release calendar and coordinate customer application deployments.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance support efforts.
• Manage the inventory, allocation, and renewal of Salesforce licenses.
• Supervise platform ATO renewal assessments and mid-year modifications.
• Co-lead technical design reviews alongside Salesforce architects.
• Develop policy and procedure documentation in line with Salesforce best practices and manage the DTC Governance Library.
• Propose and implement enhancements to DTC operations and toolsets.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status reports detailing team performance, deliverables, schedules, financials, and SLA achievements.
• Aid in the growth activities of the ICF Salesforce Practice, including RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations.
• Maintain necessary certifications to ensure practice expertise.
• Over 5 years of Project Management experience leading large, complex IT projects and managing technical teams, with direct contract delivery accountability.
• At least 3 years of experience leading Salesforce projects and/or Centers of Excellence in a client-facing capacity.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification; include a Trailblazer profile link in your resume.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator, performing declarative (no-code) development in a medium-to-large enterprise Salesforce environment.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Salesforce and GitHub for source control.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting for cloud usage, licensing, and labor.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
• Required to obtain and maintain a federal public trust or equivalent client-mandated background investigation.
• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and conduct all work within the U.S.
• Preferred: Active Salesforce Consultant and/or Architect certifications.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience providing Salesforce consultation including fit analysis, requirements mapping, and high-level solution architecture.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. Government clients and familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Preferred: PMP Certification.
• Preferred: Experience in enterprise data governance, cloud-based data warehousing technologies, and/or Salesforce Data 360.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of Mulesoft capabilities and API-based integrations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with OmniStudio, its components, and supported use cases.
• Preferred: Understanding of Salesforce core CRM licenses and the distinction between ordering and provisioning.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities, DocuSign, and Own.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of MFA/SSO, networking, and encryption.
• Preferred: Strong command presence, personal accountability for mission success, client relationship skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and polished written communication skills.
