Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Organize, enhance, and provide support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino.

• Design, execute, and uphold dashboards, workflows, system configuration, and access for nCino/Salesforce.

• Enhance operational efficiency of the loan system by analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external business applications, including core banking and financial software.

• Provide administration support for nCino/Salesforce.

• Install, maintain, and deploy system component upgrades.

• Ensure seamless functionality among system components.

• Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues.

• Suggest potential future upgrades.

• Assist IT with system security and user accessibility.

• Assess and modify system performance.

• Identify user needs and opportunities for increased efficiency and optimization.

• Maintain the integrity of the system.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies and system enhancements.

• Implement and integrate secure mobile solutions.

• Create and oversee vendor support cases.

• Collaborate with other IT departments to meet technology requirements.

• Educate and guide end users in effectively utilizing the systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in banking information services or comparable successful experience in a similar controls industry.

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer, application administrator, or in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Effective oral communication abilities.

• Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unforeseen events.

• Dependability and capability to follow instructions and respond to management guidance.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
