Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create tailored solutions within Salesforce, focusing on OmniStudio and Flex Pages.

• Design systems for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement that are aligned with Federal programs.

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components.

• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into technical solutions utilizing Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages.

• Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation within OmniStudio.

• Create and customize Velocity templates for tailored content and communications.

• Test and troubleshoot solutions built with OmniStudio and Flex Pages.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and custom enhancements.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and fellow team members on integrations.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Optimize implementations as business requirements change.

• Manage and refine the Salesforce product backlog in partnership with stakeholders.

• Follow Salesforce best practices and maintain test classes.

• Integrate and sustain business applications alongside Salesforce.

• Design enterprise data integration and governance strategies.

• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and Power BI/Tableau.

• Activate Salesforce Einstein/GenAI capabilities.

• Assist with enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring.

• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives.

• Convert business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with configuration, customization, and programming using APEX APIs and OmniStudio.

• Significant experience working with Salesforce APIs.

• Proven experience in implementing and developing with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

• Capability to address complex software and application issues.

• Proficient in the Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

• Ability to write, interpret, and evaluate technical specifications.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
