This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Deliver prompt and effective Salesforce assistance to the global workforce.
β’ Address inquiries, investigate problems, and ensure resolutions are achieved.
β’ Oversee system-change requests by collecting information, clarifying user requirements, and engaging relevant colleagues.
β’ Customize screens, data views, reports, dashboards, and team-oriented home pages.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance system pages and daily tasks.
β’ Assist with system maintenance, data quality assessments, data cleansing, and consistent data management practices.
β’ Create reports and dashboards for performance evaluation, trend recognition, and informed decision-making.
β’ Develop user guides and training materials, and provide personalized onboarding and training.
β’ Stay updated on Salesforce and related technologies, including advancements in artificial intelligence.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Salesforce Team Lead.
β’ Achieve first-year milestones in Salesforce environmental knowledge, independent support, training delivery, data quality enhancements, and prioritized system/process improvement planning.
β’ Proven experience in providing application, CRM, or business systems support, preferably within Salesforce or a comparable platform.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Experience in understanding stakeholder needs, resolving issues, and delivering practical solutions.
β’ Strong customer service focus and a proactive attitude towards assisting users.
β’ Analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose solutions.
β’ Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and information management, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
β’ Familiarity with basic User Experience and User Interface principles.
β’ Proficient in spoken and written English.
β’ Driven to develop expertise in Salesforce and keen interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence in business systems.
β’ Only candidates legally eligible to work in India will be considered.
β’ Hands-on experience in Salesforce user support, configuration of system pages or data views, report/dashboard creation, user guide development, training/onboarding delivery, and support across various teams/countries/technical levels is advantageous but not mandatory.
