Salesforce Solutions Architect – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Act as the internal authority for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions within the organization

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements

• Lead initiatives in solution design and configuration

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and assess requirements

• Provide technical leadership and support to development teams

• Ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and standards

• Conduct code reviews to guarantee high-quality deliverables

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce

• Keep abreast of the latest features and technologies in Salesforce

• Mentor and train junior team members

• Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups in collaboration with internal and customer stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements

• Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and provide insights to the product manager regarding key project issues and risks

• Drive the Salesforce roadmap for the organization and minimize dependency on external consulting services

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or a comparable role

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud in a production setting

• Familiarity with OmniStudio, previously known as Vlocity/Velocity managed package, covering solution design, configuration, and implementation

• Capability to convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Necessary Salesforce certifications as specified in the approved job description

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging both technical and business teams

• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

• Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs

• Exhibits working technical knowledge of systems administration

• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools, such as MuleSoft and Informatica

• Demonstrated ability to resolve server/operating system issues that minimize impact on customers/end-users

• Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Systems is preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent technical experience in systems administration or a related technical field

• Experience in the health insurance sector

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, such as Copado and Git

• Practical experience with Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud

• Active Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder is preferred

• Active Certified Salesforce B2C Solution Architect is preferred
