Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 3–5 Salesforce developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Design, create, test, and launch new features, components, and managed packages.

• Provide support and troubleshoot integration and production challenges across various client accounts.

• Monitor development and support activities utilizing Jira, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish requirements, technical methodologies, and integration plans.

• Uphold Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

• Promote CI/CD, version control, and deployment practices within Salesforce environments.

• Guide and mentor developers by providing technical support and advice.

• Design scalable, high-performance, and secure Salesforce applications within intricate environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Minimum of 1 year in a technical leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and component-based design principles.

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing release processes.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Live Chat, and the core platform functionalities.

• Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.

• Preferred advanced architecture certifications, such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Integration Architect.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is advantageous.

• JavaScript Developer I certification is also a plus.

• Experience with the AppExchange lifecycle, deployment architecture, or enterprise-scale implementations is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
