Salesforce Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, which encompass sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage and sustain the sprint backlog, ensuring prioritization in collaboration with the product owner.

• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, velocity, and sprint advancement.

• Recognize, track, and eliminate obstacles hindering team delivery.

• Foster communication between the development team, government stakeholders, and external mission partners regarding processes, modifications, and delivery updates.

• Mentor the team on Agile and Scrum methodologies while promoting continuous enhancement.

• Coordinate dependencies across teams, ensuring platform and integration readiness such as Data Cloud, integration protocols, and CI/CD gateways.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Collaborate between the Salesforce development team and government stakeholders in a critical public sector setting.

• This role does not carry supervisory or management responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship AND Secret Clearance are mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP) is necessary.

• 7–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, complex enterprise setting across various project types, including 3 years of recent experience in an Agile development context.

• Capability to obtain and uphold a U.S. government security clearance.

• Ability to successfully pass a company background check and drug screening.

• Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in establishing priorities and managing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience in crafting technical documentation, including requirements, user stories, help documentation, and job aids.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

• Dedication to outstanding customer service, reliability, and self-motivation.

• Familiarity with Salesforce delivery and Agentforce/OmniStudio project environments.

• Experience in supporting government or public sector delivery initiatives.
