Salesforce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects related to or impacting the Salesforce organization.

• Function within an Agile framework, facilitating sprint-based or iterative delivery as required.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators/developers, and leadership to ensure alignment of priorities.

• Convert business objectives into organized project plans and roadmaps.

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and eliminate obstacles for the delivery team.

• Provide updates on status and results to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading technical or platform projects, preferably in a Salesforce context.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with SAFe is advantageous.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capable of operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels.

• Scrum Master or SAFe certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, etc.) is a plus.

• Previous experience working with a Salesforce admin/development team is a plus.

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
