Salesforce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the execution of assigned projects while adhering to established time, budget, and quality parameters.

• Assist in pre-sales activities such as solution design, estimation, planning, and outlining assumptions.

• Communicate the client's vision, goals, and expectations to the project team.

• Delegate and oversee team responsibilities, including task assignments, vacation schedules, and absence management.

• Oversee project timelines, progress, scope, and financials.

• Handle change requests and convey their implications on the schedule and budget.

• Update clients and the Customer Success Manager on project advancements; facilitate follow-up meetings and steering committees.

• Develop communication strategies and risk management plans, notifying operations management of any discrepancies.

• Supervise project documentation and ensure that deliverables align with quality standards.

• Conduct client project demonstrations and address any implementation challenges.

• Foster client relationships and strive for high customer satisfaction.

• Assess completed projects to identify successful and less successful aspects.

• Distribute customer satisfaction surveys.

• Recognize Up & Cross-Selling possibilities.

• Facilitate team retrospectives and pinpoint areas for internal improvement.

• Engage in the development, training, and oversight of the assigned team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management positions, successfully leading Salesforce projects.

• More than 3 years of involvement in comprehensive CRM implementation processes.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and project management tools like Jira.

• Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level, capable of fluent business communication).
