Salesforce Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, including triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs.

• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experiences.

• Design and execute integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.

• Construct automated processes via Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.

• Oversee deployments using SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement Salesforce security best practices through profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

• Work with stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Deliver scalable custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and declarative automation.

• Develop secure and reusable integration components using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.

• Carry out source-controlled deployments via SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security model, and coding best practices.

• Provide testing, documentation, and production support for platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as outlined in the role details.

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Platform development.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Strong knowledge of governor limits, data security model, and Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD).

• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DX.

• Platform App Builder certification is required.

• Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is required.

• Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is required.

• JavaScript Developer I certification is required.

• Candidates must provide LinkedIn and Trailblazer profiles.

• Must participate in three rounds of interviews, either via Zoom or in person in Lansing.

• Eligibility to work in the United States / Michigan location is necessary.
