This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Design, maintain, test, and deploy solutions utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Create and sustain functionalities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop and manage Marketing Cloud assets, such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions
• Oversee and resolve incidents and enhancement requests within established service levels
• Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Estimate effort and evaluate the technical feasibility and impact of enhancement requests
• Implement Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, and security measures
• Execute code reviews to ensure development quality and maintainability
• Engage in regression testing and support release and deployment processes
• Maintain technical documentation for LWC components and Marketing Cloud automations
• Communicate with clients and international delivery teams in English regarding ticket status, technical approaches, and blockers
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and address production issues
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong practical experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• In-depth knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions
• Knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS
• Experience in ticket- and SLA-driven support and maintenance environments
• Proficiency in unit testing, regression testing, and deployment processes
• Familiarity with SFDX or CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across both declarative and code-based Salesforce components
• Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Salesforce certifications are a plus, including Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Developer
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect is an advantage
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations is beneficial
• Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow is a plus
• Experience in AMS environments is a plus
• Experience working with international or distributed teams is advantageous
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
