This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct audits of CRM and integrated revenue systems to identify contradictions, outdated policies, duplicate records, and operational inconsistencies.
• Examine the configuration of CRM, including fields, flows, validation rules, objects, permissions, and other administrative components.
• Pinpoint instances where system behavior does not align with documented or intended business processes.
• Analyze duplicate entities, obsolete automation, incorrect permissions, and other factors contributing to operational drift.
• Assess conflicting business rules to determine which policies or operational logic should take priority.
• Provide clear documentation of the rationale behind suggested system and policy changes.
• Navigate through ambiguous or undocumented operational scenarios to support consistent management of exceptions and inter-system dependencies.
• Evaluate and reconcile data across CRM and connected revenue platforms.
• Review customer, account, entitlement, billing, and related operational data across various systems.
• Assess impacts on billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, and integration platforms.
• Identify discrepancies that may affect reporting, workflow reliability, or operational accuracy.
• Create operational prompts and guidance for complex SaaS data and system scenarios.
• Document suggested changes and areas intentionally left unchanged.
• Articulate technical and operational reasoning to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for CRM design, optimization, and sustainable governance.
• Assist in establishing transparent and reproducible decision-making processes across CRM and revenue-system workflows.
• 4–6 years of direct experience in CRM administration, implementation, or revenue systems.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven success in independently leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Extensive experience in configuring fields, flows, validation rules, objects, permission sets, and related CRM functionalities.
• Practical build experience is prioritized over certifications; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with at least two adjacent revenue or operational systems such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration middleware.
• Comfortable working at the data layer with SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments, particularly within regulated industries or complex multi-product businesses, is advantageous.
• Strong operational judgement when assessing conflicting policies, system logic, and cascading changes.
• Excellent communication skills in professional English.
• Ability to clearly and precisely document technical reasoning and operational policy decisions.
• No prior experience in AI research or model training is necessary.
• Work must be conducted without utilizing confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third parties.
