This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Operate within the CEX Tech ecosystem, concentrating on customer service and after-sales products in the Customer Experience sector.
• Act as the technical point of contact for creating and sustaining solutions that integrate channels such as chat, WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
• Design and develop solutions primarily using the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
• Create and manage intricate connections through APIs and microservices between Service Cloud and e-commerce platforms, telephony portals, and support tools.
• Work alongside Product teams and stakeholders to convert after-sales operational issues into scalable technical solutions.
• Suggest ongoing technical enhancements beyond operational requirements.
• Serve as an engineering resource for squads, ensuring adherence to Apex coding best practices and architectural integrity.
• Develop and tailor Apex components and routines.
• Map data flows and oversee the maintenance and evolution of integrations with partner and satellite tools.
• Engage in technical ceremonies, reinforcing architecture standards and software design decisions.
• Contribute to the advancement and innovation of customer service products within the CEX Tech ecosystem.
• Significant hands-on experience in developing on the Salesforce platform, with advanced Apex coding expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of and proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining system integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and connections to satellite systems.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing complex business problems and challenges.
• Technical curiosity and the capability to adapt to ever-changing and dynamic environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and collaboration skills while working with Product teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in after-sales, customer service, or omnichannel support ecosystems — a plus.
• Familiarity with or experience in integrations involving cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., AWS Lambda or Salesforce Voice) — a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies for digital product development — a plus.
