📋 Description

• Take shared responsibility for the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions.

• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, internal customer-facing applications, third-party vendors, and business partners that aid customer applications and ACH/credit card processing.

• Assist in merchant onboarding, facilitate transaction processing, and manage customer billing workflows.

• Develop solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform APIs.

• Create robust error handling, retry, reconciliation, and monitoring patterns.

• Act as the technical point of contact during vendor and partner discussions, from scoping to go-live and ongoing support.

• Mitigate technical debt in legacy integration codes while enhancing performance, testability, and supportability.

• Ensure the maintenance of technical documentation along with structured release, validation, and version-control practices.

• Work collaboratively with the platform team and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce remains scalable, secure, and reliable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical Salesforce development experience in a professional setting.

• Proven ownership of Salesforce integration projects involving internal applications and external vendors or partners.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.

• Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, platform events), authentication models, and error-handling design.

• Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and CI/CD or structured deployment tools.

• Proficient in admin-level configuration including page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, and data model design.

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to execute independently and self-direct.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, conveying technical information to business and external partners effectively.
