This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to assess business requirements and identify solutions utilizing declarative tools instead of custom coding.

• Design, construct, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automation processes.

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external systems, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Assess, reconstruct, and test integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony transition.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal initiatives and enhance user experience over the next 3–4 months.

• Convert complex business needs into actionable technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket lifecycles and maintain technical documentation in Jira.

• Ensure daily operations and deliver key platform and integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative duties.

• Proven coding expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• In-depth knowledge of declarative automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.

• Practical experience with Experience Cloud (previously Community Cloud).

• Strong history of integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, APIs, and middleware.

• Solid technical judgment regarding standard configurations versus custom development.

• Self-motivated problem-solving skills within a geographically diverse team.

• Demonstrated ability to document solutions and manage technical workflows using Jira.

• Previous experience with CTI/telephony platforms, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools is a plus.
