This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Assess business needs and identify solutions utilizing declarative tools instead of custom coding.

• Design, construct, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automation processes.

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with external platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Analyze, reconstruct, and verify integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony transition.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal initiatives and enhancements to user experience.

• Convert business requirements into technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket lifecycles and maintain technical documentation within Jira.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative duties.

• Proficient in coding with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• In-depth knowledge of declarative automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.

• Practical experience with Experience Cloud (previously known as Community Cloud).

• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions.

• Technical insight to evaluate when to utilize standard configurations versus custom development.

• Capability to work autonomously within a geographically dispersed team.

• Experience in documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira.

• Previous experience with CTI/telephony platforms, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools is a plus.
