📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Assess business needs and identify the best solutions using declarative tools instead of custom code.

• Design, create, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automation processes.

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with external platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Review, reconstruct, and test integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony transition.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal projects and enhancements to user experience.

• Convert intricate business requirements into technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket lifecycles and maintain technical documentation in Jira.

• Ensure day-to-day operations while executing critical platform and integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative duties.

• Proficiency in coding with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• In-depth knowledge of declarative automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.

• Practical experience with Experience Cloud, previously known as Community Cloud.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions.

• Capability to assess when to utilize standard configuration versus custom development.

• Ability to work independently within a geographically dispersed team.

• Experience in documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira.

• Familiarity with CTI/telephony platforms like Talkdesk or Genesys, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools is a plus.
