Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and the platform's declarative capabilities.

• Address intricate business challenges through configuration, custom development, and system integrations.

• Create scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and other platform tools.

• Develop and sustain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms leveraging APIs and middleware technologies such as Boomi.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive process alignment from start to finish.

• Provide support for Salesforce applications connected via managed packages and third-party go-to-market (GTM) platforms.

• Adhere to development best practices, encompassing code reviews, documentation, testing, and release management.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes utilizing Copado and Azure DevOps.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues while offering support to internal users.

• Keep abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

• Extensive experience with Apex.

• Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong familiarity with Lightning Experience.

• Proficient in Salesforce Flows.

• Well-versed in Visualforce.

• Solid experience with SOQL and Salesforce data management.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications through APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ.

• Experience with Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Experience Cloud.

• Experience with Agentforce.

• Understanding of Slack for Salesforce.

• Proficient in Boomi integrations.

• Familiarity with Eloqua.

• Experience with Gainsight.

• Knowledge of Gong.

• Familiarity with Aviso.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist certification is preferred.
