This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to assess business needs and identify solutions utilizing declarative tools rather than custom code.

• Design, construct, and provide support for Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automations.

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with external platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Review, reconstruct, and test integrations and automations for the transition from Talkdesk to Genesys.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal projects and enhancements to user experience over the next 3–4 months.

• Convert complex business requirements into technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket lifecycles and maintain technical documentation in Jira.

• Ensure daily operations for business-critical platforms and integrations run smoothly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative tasks.

• Proficiency in coding with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Advanced knowledge of declarative automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.

• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, previously known as Community Cloud.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.

• Technical acumen to decide when to use standard configurations versus custom development.

• Capability to work autonomously within a geographically dispersed team.

• Experience in documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira.

• Previous experience with CTI/telephony platforms, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools is a plus.
