Salesforce Developer, Administrator - Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and sustain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to assess business requirements and identify the best declarative or custom-code solutions.

• Design, construct, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automations.

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Assess, reconstruct, and test integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony migration.

• Assist with Experience Cloud portal initiatives and enhancements to user experience over the next 3–4 months.

• Convert complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

• Oversee ticket lifecycles and technical documentation in Jira.

• Maintain daily operations for critical Salesforce platforms and integrations while working collaboratively with a small team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience managing Salesforce development and administrative tasks.

• Proven coding expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• In-depth knowledge of declarative automation tools, such as Flows and Process Builder.

• Practical experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).

• Strong history of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.

• Good technical judgment in selecting between standard configuration and custom development.

• Self-motivated problem solver capable of working independently within a geographically distributed team.

• Comfortable documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira.

• Nice-to-have: experience with CTI/telephony platforms like Talkdesk or Genesys, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools such as SMS/chat.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
